Support & Maintenance Common Questions

We strive for excellence and respond/acknowledge support requests within 1-4 hours if you have an active maintenance membership. Resolution for a support request is typically 24-48 hours.

Yes, our monthly website maintenance packages are offered in 3 month, 6 month, 12 month intervals with automatic draft. You may cancel after completing your interval term with a 30 day advance notice.

When you choose one of our Website Maintenance packages, we do our best to cover all of our customers issues & provide a prompt resolution, however some items are outside of the “maintenance” scope such as:

  • Major website changes/overhaul (to our discretion)
  • Copywriting (creating content, text & wording for pages)
  • Photos & Graphics (creating logos, product photos, etc)
  • Hardware Support (fixing Computers, Printers, Modems, etc)

 

These items are NOT included in our monthly website maintenance, however, we can provide you a separate estimate for the items needed.

After a complimentary consultation, we require that 100% of the estimated total to be paid before beginning monthly maintenance. This will be a recurring monthly charge on the same date, each month.

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit, Cash, Check, and Money orders.

Yes, we can take over your Website Monthly maintenance on a completed website, whether it was done by us or someone else. All you have to do is contact us to enroll in a package of your choice. Many of our clients do their own maintenance and often times no longer have the time or knowledge. We are able to pick up where they left off.
