Yes, we do take on other video projects, when scheduling permits, on a case by case basis. We help clients with:

Once we have possession of the product(s) to be video recorded, turnaround time of finished product demo video is typically 5-10 business days after the video shoot. For larger projects, additional time may be required.

When you choose one of our Product Videography packages, we do our best to provide you with a crisp, clean and completed video. However, our product videography services do not include:

• Script (customer must provide script & product info to be narrated)
• Return Shipping of products

These items are NOT included in the price, however, we can provide you a separate estimate for the items you need help with.

After a complimentary consultation, we require that 50% of the estimated total to be paid before beginning on the videography services. The remaining balance will become due upon completion of the project, in a timely manner.

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit, Cash, Check, and Money orders.

Once your completed product videos are ready, we will upload the files to our cloud server for you to download with a unique password. The videos are delivered in high resolution, 1080p mp4, unless otherwise specified.

We will also keep a copy of all your videos in our cloud archives for future use & download.
