Yes. Our Social Media Management services are offered in 3 month, 6 month, 12 month intervals only with automatic draft. You may cancel after completing your interval term with a 30 day advance notice.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee for the initial setup of your social media management, which is dependent on the package selected as follows:

• Bronze Package – $199
• Silver Package – $299
• Gold Package – TBD

We are 100% dedicated to your success and maximizing your investment & marketing dollars. As awesome as we are, we cannot guarantee results due to many variables outside of our control such as:

• Wrong business information
• Sub-par customer service
• Products out of stock
• & more

During our complimentary consultation, we are usually able to identify any issues & red flags that must be addressed, before we take you on as a client. This helps us insure that we can deliver consistent results for your business.

When you choose one of our Social Media Management packages, we do our best to get you quick & effective results. However, our admin services do not include:

• SMS/MMS Marketing (text messages to customers)
• Email Marketing (emails to customers)
• Web Design (making changes to website)
• Multilingual Text Copywriting
• Custom Photos & Videos (existing or stock photo/videos only)

These items are NOT included in the price, however, we can provide you a separate estimate for the items you need help with.

After a complimentary consultation, we require the full payment of the estimated total to be paid before beginning Social Media Management services.

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit, Cash, Check, and Money orders.

Yes, we take over your previous Social Media Campaigns at any point in the process. Many of our clients set up their own social media accounts and often times are unable to finish or get confused, and we are able to pick up where they left off. If applicable, the set up fee can be waived or reduced.
