Product Photography Common Questions

What are your turnaround times?

Once we have possession of the product(s) to be photographed, turnaround time of finished product photos is typically 5-10 business days after the photo-shoot. For larger projects, additional time may be required.

How are my final photos delivered?

Once your completed photos are ready, we will email you the finalized photos in a zip file. The photos are delivered in high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg format, unless otherwise specified.

We will also keep a copy of all your photos in our cloud archives for future use & download.

Do my photos have licensing restrictions?

Once we deliver the finalized photos to you, the photos become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. In short, this means you are free to use the photographs whenever and however you please. However, we do retain the original copyrights for the finalized photos and they may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
