What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround time of an E-Commerce website can vary greatly, based on the number of products, pages & complexity of the website, among other factors. Typically if things move smoothly, clients can expect an E-commerce website to up & running within 2-6 weeks.

What is not included?

When you choose one of our E-Commerce packages, we do our best to provide you with a turn key online store website. In order to provide you a completed website, we will need:

  • Hosting (we help setup)
  • Product Data (SKU data, prices, specifications, etc.)
  • Shipping Carrier (USPS, FED EX, etc.)
  • Payment Options
  • Copywriting (text & wording for pages)
  • Original Photos & Graphics (logos, product photos, etc)

These items are NOT included in the price, however, we can provide you a separate estimate for the items you need help with.

How do i sign up?

After a complimentary consultation, we require that 50% of the estimated total to be paid before beginning on the E-Commerce project. The remaining balance will become due upon completion of the project, in a timely manner.

Do you work on existing E-Commerce websites?

For one time changes to an existing online store, we will provide you with an estimate at our hourly rate before beginning on your project. We also offer budget friendly monthly maintenance packages if you need constant product updates and changes.
